Safehouse upgrades: furnitures for your apartment

Hi,

I've found a few guides concerning where to get upgrades for your apartment, but the guides are badly detailed or outright wrong. So far I've found: stereo system, new bed, air conditioner. They were all near the night market. Is there maybe a Face requirement for furniture, or are the guides plain wrong?

This is the guide I've found:

1 Air Conditioner: Cost you $4620. You can get an air conditioner at the North Point inside the Night Market place.

2 Brand New Bed: Cost you $5000 and you can get it from the Night Market at the north point area.

3 Massive Sound System: Cost you $9550 which can be attained from the same Night Market at the north point area.

4 Dragon Tapestry: Cost of this item is $3000. You can have the Tapestry near the Wah Fi Storage in the central section.

5 Sofa Set: Cost $14000 at the Central Docks.

6 Coffee Table and Rug: Cost $7200, located at the K-Bar in the central area.

7 Hot Tub: Cost $25000 at Kennedy Town, Sun Yat housing.

8 Fish: Cost $850 at Kennedy Town Docks.

9 Awesome Pet Bird: Cost $3000 at Aberdeen Docks.

10 Idol of Guan Yu: Cost $4000 at Kennedy Town.

11 Giant Movie Poster: Cost $250 at Aberdeen for.

12 Ancient Vase: Cost $8000 located at Central.

13 Strange Idol: Cost 12000 bucks at Aberdeen.

14 Plant Service at Your Place: Cost $1200 from Kennedy Town.

Can someone confirm the locations? I've been to most of them without finding anything.

Has no one upgraded their safehouse yet? No one knows if there is a face requirement for furniture?

Hey, man. I can confirm one or two, at the night market. I can also confirm the one in K-bar. I don't think there's any face requirement, but there may be.

I've been to the K-bar, but couldn't find anyone selling stuff. Where is this person?

Yeah, he was just on the side of the main dance floor. He was there on the morning during cleanup. You might have to have actually unlocked thę apartment the goods correspond with beforehand by the way.

So you can't pimp your original apartment with all the stash available? That may explain it. I only had the starter apartment when I went looking (I have two now).

The hot tub is across the street from your safe house at Kennedy Town. It's one of the drug busts places, the one with guns and crates as covers. Can't believe I missed it! I can confirm the locations of items N°1 to 9.

The guy selling the fishes is in front of some wooden crates. Just look at your mini-map, he should be past the car seller icon, slightly on the right.

The idol of Guan Yu: See the manor of Two-Chins? Now look on your left, at the "little docks", you should see a T shaped building. The seller is the area.

Ancient Vase: it's on the left side of the Government building in Central.

I don't think so. I went to my place at Central: the Dragon Tapestry and the Ancient Vase are here but no hot tub or fish tank.

Strange Idol: see the icon of the apothecary in Aberdeen? The woman selling the idol is in a narrow alley on the right.

I was running around aberdeen docks and found a stolen painting. The guy was on the docks left of where your houseboat is, about halfway between the massage parlor and the far end of the docks, for just under $8k.

*EDIT* I should add this was during the day. I combed the night market up and down and didn't see the stereo, but when i went during the day, there he was.

Tropical Plants: the woman selling the plants is in the alley right in front of the safe house in Kennedy Town, in a corner, on your right.

Giant Movie Poster: just before you enter the freeway, in a corner, on your right.
